Hello friends.
Hope this is a good thursday for everyone. honestly I have a lot of things to do this morning but I know that if I do not get myself free of this article before doing anything, I will be delaying it all the day, I will probably end the day and have it not done.
It is important to stay focus and respect terms. So today, I want us to talk about procrastination and how we can come over it throughout the day.
Procrastination is the practice of carrying out less urgent tasks in preference to more urgent ones, or doing more pleasurable things in place of less pleasurable ones, and thus putting off impending tasks to a later time.
More precisely, procrastination is the action of delaying or postponing something.instead of doing your work, you are fiddling with miscellaneous things like checking email, social media, watching videos, surfing blogs and forums. You know you should beworking, but you just don’t feel like doing anything. we are all familiar with it.
I am going to share with you my own ways to stop procrastination. I hope it will be helpful.
1. Have terms on your goals. We always get the impression we have time that is why we push things back and keep pushing untill it is too late. create an overall timeline with specific deadlines for each small task. This way, you know you have to finish each task by a certain date;
3. Reward your progress. Anytime you make a step ahead in your work, reeward your progress. The reward is to help you seeing your work like a game. if you feel like you are playing, you will be less stressed and you will enjoy your work.
I Hope these little tips will be welcomed as a rainbow after dark times. Get involved in your stuffs and hold on friends.
